Herbal Cold Care
Springtime can be a true test of the strength of our immune system. In class we will discuss a few trusted herbs to keep on hand for the first sign of a cold, a few herbs to support your immune system, and a few herbs to soothe a cough and sore throat. In class we will make an herbal honey and an herb infused vinegar. Everyone will get to taste a few herbal teas, and take home a honey and a vinegar of their own.
